CrossFit Kids at 179 offers structured, age-appropriate sessions that focus on fun, movement and fundamental physical literacy.
Classes are led by qualified coaches who scale workouts to suit different ages and abilities, ensuring safe progression through basic gymnastics, running, jumping, throwing and cooperative games.

Our youngest class starts at age 3. Our kids classes run up to age 16 which leads them into the adult classes.

All 179 Kids and teens classes are £6.
These are paid on a Pay As You Go basis.

We recommend brining a drink for between activities.
Make sure they are wearing suitable clothing that they can run, jump and swing in!

Our focus is on having fun around fitness so that they are sometimes exercising or improving skills without even realising it.
We aim to ingrain healthy habits and a love of exercise so that as they grow older it becomes a normal part or their routine.
Our clases always involve some skills, a workout and we finish the class with a game, giving the kids something to look forward to and ending the class on a high!
